Project rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.  Please, read carefully all the terms of this user agreement, the terms of these policies and each of the other agreements that are applied to you.

1.2.  By registering for the project, you agree with the rules of this site in full and must not violate them.

1.3.  If these rules are ignored or not followed, the account will be blocked. All funds become the property of the project.

1.4.  "SinkPay" LLC may make changes to these rules without notifying users about it.

1.5.  "SinkPay" LLC is not responsible for possible hacking of accounts.

1.6.  By registering for the project, the user agrees to be someone else's supervisor and undertakes not to express his claims in this regard to "SinkPay" LLC.

1.7.  "SinkPay" LLC is not responsible for a possible decrease or increase in the exchange rate of the euro, dollar, ruble and interests, as well as for the activity of supervisors.

1.8.  If the points 1.3 have not been violated, "SinkPay" LLC undertakes not to impose restrictions on the withdrawal of funds from the project.

1.9.  After purchasing deposit packages and then refusing to use them, a penalty of 20% of the principal amount of the deposit is charged. The funds are returned to the account from which the payment was made.

1.10.  ""SinkPay"" LLC has the right to set interests on packages at its discretion.

1.11.  ""SinkPay"" LLC has the right to dispose of all means of the site at its discretion.

1.12.  "SinkPay" LLC has the right to block a user's account for suspicious activity without giving a reason.

1.14.  "SinkPay" LLC and the participant acknowledge the procedure and the form of the conclusion of this agreement as the legal equivalent of the agreement concluded in writing.

1.14.  To start receiving services, the participant clearly, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms of the agreement, "SinkPay" LLC invites you to refuse to use its services.

1.15.  The legal basis for the user agreement and the claim for income payments. The contract is freely available on the website.

1.16.  For individuals: this contract can be concluded with any person who has reached the age of majority and has full legal capacity. The conditions for full legal capacity of the investor client are mandatory. The investor client is responsible for the veracity of the information provided about himself.

1.17.  For legal entities: a contract can be concluded with any legal entity only under the condition of an intermediary (individual). Responsibility of the parties: the client-investor independently ensures the safety of information about his passwords and other confidential information, for example, wallet numbers, and is not responsible for the consequences of the loss of the confidential information about passwords against his will. This provision applies both to the transfer of information about the passwords by the client-investor to the third parties voluntarily and to the loss of confidentiality of information about the passwords by the client-investor against his will.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT

2.1.  Truthfully report the information about yourself when registering and at the first request of "SinkPay" LLC, provide reliable data about your personality, allowing  to identify you as the owner of the account in the project;

2.2.  Do not use the project to perform any actions that contradict international legislation and the legislation of the country - the Member's residence;

2.3.  Do not use undocumented features (bugs) and errors of the project software and immediately inform "SinkPay" LLC about them, as well as about the persons using these errors;

2.4.  Do not use external programs of any kind to gain advantages in the project;

2.5.  Do not use your supervisor link for advertising, as well as the resource containing it, mailing lists and other types of messages for people who have not expressed their consent to receive them (spam);

2.6.  You have no right to restrict the access of other participants or other persons to the project, you are obliged to respectfully and correctly treat the project participants, as well as "SinkPay" LLC, its partners and employees, not to interfere with the work of the latter;

2.7.  Do not deceive "SinkPay" LLC and project participants;

2.8.  Do not use profanity and insults in any form;

2.9.  Do not defame the actions of other users and "SinkPay" LLC;

2.10.  Do not threaten with violence and physical harm to anyone;

2.11.  Do not distribute materials that promote rejection or hatred of any race, religion, culture, nation, people, language, politics, state, ideology or social movement;

2.12.  Do not advertise pornography, drugs and resources containing such information;

2.13.  Not to use actions, terminology or jargon to disguise a violation of a member's obligations;

2.14.  Independently take care of the necessary measures of computer and other security, keep secret and not transfer to another person or another participant your identification data: login, account password, pin code, etc., to prevent unauthorized access to the mailbox specified in the member's account profile. The participant bears the entire risk of adverse consequences of disclosing this data, since the participant agrees that the project's information security system excludes the transfer of the login, password and identification information of the participant's account to the third parties;

2.15.  To bear independently personal responsibility for the conduct of your financial transactions and operations, "SinkPay" LLC is not responsible for the financial actions performed between the participants to transfer the account, the password and the pin code.

2.16.  First to notify the organizer about the claims and complaints in writing through the "Help" page;

2.17.  Regularly and independently get acquainted with the news of the project, as well as with changes in this agreement and in the rules of "SinkPay" LLC on the project. The user is obliged to CAREFULLY READ the User Agreement and the description of the project's functions and services at least once a month (they may undergo changes and additions), since ignorance of the rules does not relieve the user of responsibility for their violation.

2.18.  The participant agrees that his account may be blocked if the security service finds that he submitted false data during registration.

  • The participant agrees that his account may be blocked if he cannot provide documents confirming his registration data and verify his identity, if necessary.
  • The Participant agrees that his account may be blocked if the security service detects an attempt to unauthorized access to the databases of ""SinkPay"" LLC or the accounts of other Participants-investors.
  • The Participant agrees that his account may be blocked in case of revealing the dissemination of society opinions on the Internet  that defame the honor and dignity of "SinkPay" LLC.
  • The participant agrees that if he falls under suspicion of fraud in case of people are incorrectly informed about the operation of the site, his account will be blocked pending a final investigation of the situation.
  • The Participant agrees that if he falls under suspicion of fraud when registering multiple times (more than one account) from one IP address of several Participants, his account will be blocked until the results of the final investigation of the situation (except for his family members).

It is strictly forbidden to register accounts from one IP address using a supervisor (investors) link for the purpose of illegitimate supervisor (investors) earnings.

All accounts will be blocked pending a final investigation of the situation. For this violation, the accounts will be deleted without refund of any money. The site reserves the right to use any algorithms to detect fraud and persons who are trying to use money obtained by criminal means.

2.19.  If you do not agree with the revised terms and conditions, you must stop using the services of "SinkPay" LLC, close your account and terminate your relationship with us without any cost or penalty. This user agreement will continue to apply to your previous use of our services.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PROJECT

3.1. To maintain the confidentiality of the information of the registered user received from him during registration, do not disclose information to a third party. The confidentiality clause applies to information that "SinkPay" LLC can receive about the Participant during his stay on the project site and which can be correlated with this particular user. "SinkPay" LLC automatically receives and records to the server logs the technical information from your browser: IP address, address of the requested page, etc. "SinkPay" LLC can record cookies on the user's computer and subsequently use them. "SinkPay" LLC guarantees that the data provided by the participant during registration in the project will be used by "SinkPay" LLC only within the project.

3.2.  If technical problems arise, resume the project within 1-3 days.

3.3.  To pay the earned money to users within 72 hours of ordering the payment.

3.4.  To answer the letters sent to the technical support service within 24 hours (except Sunday).

3.5.  "SinkPay" LLC has the right to inform the participants by the specified contacts (email distribution).

3.6.  To provide free access to the participant to the project and to participate in the project.

3.7.  Partially or completely interrupt the provision of services with a warning to the participant during the reconstruction, the repair and the maintenance work on the project;

4. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

4.1. "SinkPay" LLC does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access to the project and its services in the event of technical problems and / or unforeseen circumstances, including: defective work or non-functioning of Internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions of the third parties. The organizer will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the work of the project, regardless of the reasons for such failures.

4.2.  The participant fully agrees that "SinkPay" LLC cannot be held liable for the participant's losses that have arisen in connection with illegal actions of the third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and project databases, or as a result of interruptions, suspension or termination of the operation of communication channels and networks used to interact with the participant, as well as illegal or unreasonable actions of payment systems, as well as the third parties.

4.3.  "SinkPay" LLC is not responsible for any damage caused to you as a result of using this project. Users invest money themselves, or by registering through supervisor links.

4.4.  "SinkPay" LLC is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use by the participant of the information about the project, the rules and the project itself and is not responsible for losses or other harm incurred by the participant in connection with his unskilled actions and ignorance of the rules or his errors in calculations.

4.5.  The participant agrees that he uses the project of his own free will and at his own risk. "SinkPay" LLC does not give the participant any guarantee that he will benefit or use from participating in the project. The degree of participation in the project is determined by the participant himself.

4.6.  "SinkPay" LLC is not responsible to the participant for the actions of other participants.

4.7.  In the event of disputes and disagreements on the project, the decision of "SinkPay" LLC is final and the participant fully agrees with it. All disputes and disagreements arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes, disagreements and claims arising from this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with applicable law.

4.8.  "SinkPay" LLC does not bear the tax burden for the Participant. The participant undertakes to independently include possible income received in the tax return in accordance with the legislation of the country of his residence.

4.9.  "SinkPay" LLC has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, as well as to take other actions that limit the possibilities in the project in relation to a participant or a group of participants who are accomplices of identified violations of the terms of this Agreement. At the same time, all the project attributes, packages that are in the account and on the account of a participant or a group of participants, all payments of violators are not refundable and not compensated.

4.10.  "SinkPay" LLC and the Participant are exempt from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances (force majeure), which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, fire (fires), floods, explosions, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government or regulatory acts, hacker attacks, absences, non-functioning or interruptions in the operation of power supplies, Internet service providers, communication networks or other systems, networks and services. The party that has such circumstances must, within a reasonable time and in an accessible way, notify the other party of such circumstances.

4.11.  All violations of the public contract are considered by "SinkPay" LLC unilaterally, without the right to appeal, take this into account before creating a violation.
